One of the hardest parts of living with vitiligo is the long treatment journey. Different doctors, medicines, therapies, and regular follow-ups can become a part of everyday life.
The cost of treatment, finding time for appointments, and waiting months to see improvement can be emotionally exhausting. Sometimes, even after following treatment properly, the results may be slow or unpredictable.
The hardest part is keeping hope alive when progress is difficult to see.
I have learned that living with vitiligo requires not only treatment, but also patience, consistency, and mental strength.

Living with vitiligo has taught me that the hardest part is sometimes not the white patches, but the way they affect your confidence.
At first, I was worried about how people would look at me and what they might think. I became conscious in public and sometimes avoided social situations.
With time, I understood that vitiligo may change my skin, but it doesn't define who I am.
I still hope my skin improves, but I’m learning to live confidently with it.
To everyone living with vitiligo: You are more than your skin. Your patches are a part of your story, not your identity.
