You agree to post only genuine experiences based on your own healthcare journey or that of a family member or caregiver.

Do not publish:

• Fake or misleading reviews
• Paid or incentivized reviews without disclosure
• Reviews posted on behalf of others without permission
• Multiple reviews intended to manipulate ratings

2. Respect Everyone

Treat hospitals, doctors, healthcare workers, and other users respectfully.

Do not post:

• Abusive or offensive language
• Threats or harassment
• Hate speech
• Discriminatory remarks
• Personal attacks
• Obscene or illegal content

3. Protect Privacy

Do not share confidential or personal information belonging to yourself or others, including:

• Medical records
• Laboratory reports
• Prescriptions
• Aadhaar, PAN or government ID numbers
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Home addresses
• Financial information
• Photos or videos of other patients without their consent

You are responsible for any personal information you choose to publish.

4. Share Experiences, Not Allegations

Describe what happened during your healthcare experience.

Avoid making unverified allegations such as:

• Medical negligence
• Criminal behaviour
• Corruption
• Fraud
• Illegal activities
• Intentional malpractice

Unless supported by publicly available official findings or court orders.

5. No Medical Advice

Content on Rogi Review is for informational purposes only.

Users must not:

• Diagnose diseases
• Prescribe medicines
• Recommend stopping treatment
• Replace professional medical advice

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.

6. Hospital & Doctor Profiles

Hospital and doctor profiles may be created using publicly available information.

Listing on Rogi Review:

• Does not imply endorsement
• Does not indicate partnership
• Does not represent accreditation
• Does not guarantee quality of care

Hospitals and doctors may request profile corrections or ownership verification where applicable.

7. Photos & Media

Only upload content that:

• You own, or
• You have permission to share.

Do not upload copyrighted material or confidential hospital documents.

8. Content Moderation

Rogi Review may:

• Review submitted content
• Edit formatting
• Hide reviews
• Remove reviews
• Remove photos
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users

If content violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Reporting Content

Users, hospitals, doctors and healthcare organisations may report reviews or content they believe violate these Terms.

Reported content will be reviewed fairly.

Removal of content does not imply admission of wrongdoing by any party.

10. Privacy

We collect limited information necessary to operate the platform.

Your information may be used to:

• Create your account
• Improve platform services
• Prevent fraud
